We're looking for energetic, switched-on Warehouse Pickers to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role where you'll be on your feet, moving stock and getting the job done!

💪 WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to move around the warehouse.
• Follow voice-directed instructions through a headset to locate and pick stock.
• Pick individual bottles of spirits, beer and cider.
• Pick full cartons and cases containing up to 24–30 bottles or cans.
• Assemble cartons and pack individual bottles securely.
• Load picked stock onto pallets ready for dispatch.
• Manually manoeuvre heavy kegs (approximately 50kg) by rolling them from pallet to pallet.
• Constantly handle, grip, reach, bend, squat and move stock throughout your shift.

🏋️ LET'S BE CLEAR – THIS IS PHYSICAL WORK!

• You need to be comfortable with:
• Being on your feet for extended periods.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching and squatting.
• Repetitive lifting, lowering, carrying and transferring stock.
• Handling individual items weighing up to 5kg frequently.
• Handling cartons and stock weighing up to 10–15kg regularly.
• Occasionally handling heavier items weighing up to 25kg.
• Using both hands continuously to operate equipment and handle stock.
• Working at a consistent pace in a busy warehouse environment.

We're after people who:

• Have plenty of energy and a strong work ethic.
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work.
• Can follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Are comfortable with repetitive manual handling.
• Have good coordination and physical stamina.
• Take workplace safety seriously.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Have warehouse & or picking experience (Not Essential)
• Have forklift (Reach) experience.
